In 2009, we launched a new business in Shanghai with the investment by Nisshin Seifun Group, who leads the baking industry in Japan, and Oriental Yeast Co.,Ltd. To support people’s life and health, we focus on providing safe and reliable products as well as pursuing technical assistance. We are making an effort to take an important role in the Chinese foods society. Our strength is to supply overall baking ingredients and suggest a“high-end bread culture” proven by the new technology.
